Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days before they are shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (IST) will be processed on the following business day. Please note that processing and shipping times may extend during new collection launches, holidays, and high-demand periods. We cannot modify the shipping address or shipping method after checkout.


AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address or the selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment. Please ensure that you provide a valid and accessible email address during checkout.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery of their shipment once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

For orders within India, we offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹5,000. Orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive after being dispatched.

For orders below ₹5,000, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the package’s weight.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes.

  • Please note that we are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

We offer express international shipping at checkout, and shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the estimated weight of the package.

Customs Fees, Import Tax & Duties

For all international orders, the total amount paid includes applicable customs duties and taxes. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Please allow 4-5 business days for international orders to be processed. Once shipped, international orders typically take 5-10 business days to arrive.


FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SENDER / ABANDONED PACKAGES

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or incorrect phone number, it will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery after multiple attempts, the package may be held at a local courier center for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package, it will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, it will be returned to The Mean Indian Store at your expense, including the cost of return shipping, duty, and tax, which will be deducted from your refund.

If a package is held at customs for more than 30 days and deemed abandoned, the customer will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for the order.


DAMAGED OR OPENED BOXES

If you receive a package that appears damaged or opened, please take clear photos of the damage before checking the contents inside.
